Hi-- I am [info]mr_flippant's gf and sometimes check out his "friends" page. I just started an lj of my own. . . I read your posts because I love your fantastic photos. And your son is just adorable! I am a linear, analytical, minimalist type-- hoping that creative folks like you will inspire me to step out of the box a bit.

Would love to build up a friends list on lj. . . just don't ask me to tell any of [info]mr_flippant's deep dark secrets. There are so many, it's hard to keep track. You know how those quiet types really are!

And I'm certain that I don't make many links any longer, but I've always enjoyed your comments and taken them very much to heart regarding my art, and I apologize for not reciprocating. I've had a very, very busy life in the past several months since we'd befriended one another, I'm always, always bogged down with some sort of Social Services issue or another regarding my rehabilitation, but I sincerely enjoyed reading your journal... I'm just bad at commenting "en général," and I can see how this has probably made you not feel very close to me or like I know much about you, but needless to say, whether you re-add me or not, it's been fun knowing you =)

P.S. I always try to remind myself to comment more, I guess even though a lot of people are on my friends list and all, I'm actually quite shy and so I've never been good at responding to people, I've also had severe trust issues in which people I've known have become real life acquaintances and hurt me badly; but on the converse, I've also met several people in the Bay Area and around that have turned out to be amazing people and great friends. Based on our repertoire, I've always admired you. Anyhow, I guess it's not up to me, so if this is goodbye, then I'll end by saying you're a great poet even though I've never before commented as much nor added your public journal. Meh, I really am just shier than I'd like to admit (and more agoraphobic, too). Anywho... now you know more about the real me than most folks do, so it was never anything against you.

You're going to be a bot dissapointed in my journal I think maybe. My camera is on the wobbles so I haven't been posting many interesting photos lately and my older entries have an expired host so they're not much either!
I'm buying a new camera this week (any opinions? I'm thinking the new cannon 8.2 as of now but feel a lean towards the d70 as well...)
I was browsing your entries and really like your writing. I'm glad you found me.
Also, the photo of the black widow made me shiver alot.
