	Yep. I usually just dap a qtip in whatever color Ive got on my head and give the brows a swabbing. The necklace says "Hilarie <3 Ryan". I ordered it from Jerusalem and boy oh boy did it take forever to get here. You'd think I could just roll to Santa Ana and pick on up, Not the case. So odd. (Reply to this) (Parent)(Thread)
