I just saw a local stranger from the coffeeshop who used to weigh 300 pounds and throw hamburger wrappers and cigarette butts on the ground while scowling and talking to himself.
He was 150 pounds lighter and smiling. I actually introduced myself and he kept smiling and saying Thanks! Thanks! While I told him how proud I was.
